This policy explains what happens to your files and data when you use Saasby. The short version: your files are processed to run the tool you chose, deleted automatically, and never sold or used to train anything.
When you use a file tool (like Merge PDF or Compress image), your file is uploaded over an encrypted connection, processed automatically by software, and made available back to you as a download. Uploaded files and results are deleted from our servers automatically within 2 hours. No person looks at your files.
Documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks you create in the editors are stored locally in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them; exporting gives you a copy on your device.
The paraphraser, grammar checker, summarizer, translator, and humanizer send the text you submit to an AI provider (OpenAI) to generate the result. That text is used only to produce your output, subject to the provider's API data policies, which do not use API content to train models. Don't submit text you aren't comfortable processing this way.
We don't sell personal data. We don't build advertising profiles from your files or text. We don't require an account to use the tools.
We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which tools are used and keep the service fast. We don't use cross-site tracking cookies.
